What we do?
On the segments around the country, the presenter may invite calls from listeners with computer problems to call in and see if I can offer any assistance.  Most cases a quick solution can be found but some times homework is requires and information is either sent directly to the listener via email or stated on air on the next segment.   Our aim is to bring people up to date on technology in a fun, energetic and interesting way.   Listeners also have the ability to ring in and also offer other listeners advice as well.

Based around Small Office Home Office Business, general computer use and recreational computer use we tend to provide basic operational ideas and “bug fixes” for people on the air.  We are also driven by topics seem in info tech news papers and websites.  Also a great idea is often to ask around the office at the radio station as there is always someone swearing about their PC.
We all have problems at some time with our pc or Macintosh computers and do try to help you get the best out of your computer and your information technology. I has been said that I live technology and enjoy nothing more than trying out new technologies.  I can wholly agree with that.
