I have 5 years experience in working in a customer response environment for a national internet service provider and I have a solid commitment to this field. During this time I built on my existing skills in supporting the Windows, Macintosh schemers. and PDA operating systems and developed additional skills in internet technical issues relating to PSTN, ISDN, ADSL and VOIP support areas as well as a number of Telstra Wholesale products such as VISP Dial, VISP Inabox and Telstra Safe Internet (some of these are now legacy products).
