Ideal Job Description

Up until recently I thought I would like to work back in the Internet Servicing Provision industry but my views have changed.   I still think that my perfect job description is one where I interact with customers either via phone or in person in a sales or advisory role.    However, in the recent 18 months I have been able to learn new technologies, new products and would like to move further into Information Technologies and Marketing in new media. 

I feel I can assist in the forging of new customer relationships and the building of new business opportunities.   As well assist in continuing to build your companies strong profile in the community by highlight the strengths, positives and qualities of the products to all prospective customers when attempting to build new customer relationships and maintaining current customer relationships.

I’m good at looking outside the box and identifying problems that may prevent customers from having a trouble free experience with the company’s products and services.  Once identified bring them to the attention of the Customer Relationship Manager & Operations Manager (Team Leaders) and work with the managers to resolve these emergent problems.    I like to ensure high standards of customer care are maintained.

I like working in radio and production work, being creative with sound is something I really enjoy along with script writing.

I also like working with mechanical objects like coin counters, note counters, cash handling equipment, ATM’s and types of electronic gaming machines.   I have worked on all models of gaming machines and would be happy doing another stint in the industry.   The IT industry is good and I love the work with virtual technologies and cloud computing, I would be willing to under go training to further my skills in these areas.
