I feel I can assist in the forging of new customer relationships and the building of new business opportunities. As well assist in continuing to build your companies strong profile in the community by highlight the strengths, positives and qualities of the products to all prospective customers when attempting to build new customer relationships and maintaining current customer relationships.
I’m good at looking outside the box and identifying problems that may prevent customers from having a trouble free experience with the company’s products and services. Once identified bring them to the attention of the Customer Relationship Manager & Operations Manager (Team Leaders) and work with the managers to resolve these emergent problems. I like to ensure high standards of customer care are maintained.
I like working in radio and production work, being creative with sound is something I really enjoy along with script writing. |
