I came out of this with new skills in teaching and sharing information with others and the abilities to run and preapre a training course.

- Deejay since March 2000 till 2010, presently now only doing saturday nights

During this time I have built on my music knowledge, customer interaction skills and learnt how to read body language and spot issues before they start so I could alert security.
Country Energy (November 2001 to April 2006)
- Helpdesk Operator (Battery Hen) from November 2001 – April 2006)
- Provided one to one customer support for technical and sales
- Telemarketing for the Country Energy ISP products
- Worked on the migration and integration of 3 ISP platforms into one product
- Took part in trial roll out of the Telstra (Viper) Visp in a Box Platform.
- Country Energy sold its ISP business in Mid 2009, 3 years after I left.
Absolutely loved this job, strived to provide best customer service and support possible and advised prospective customers on the best products for them. I also assisted the Sales Manager, Marketing team and Operations/ISP Manager with projects as they came to hand. I only left after developing a difficulty with my right hand and needing treatment for it.

I joined MCG in November 2007 after my hand had recovered enough to go back to work, have learnt lots more about the gaming industry and electronics and built on customer service skills. Enjoy the interacting with both the clients of the business and their customers. Poker Machines are just computers and gaming consoles shoved into prettied up cabinets these days and its always interesting to learn new things. In 2009 my employment was moved across to MCG's subsidiary company MCN.

Was migrated over to Mid Coast Networks in January 2009 and have continued doing pretty much the same as I was doing with MCN but at times focusing more on Information technology and point of sale systems for clients. I was also able to introduce the company to a new provider of point of sale equipment and software.

I joined Hastings in August 2010 after spending a week of intensive training in Brisbane at the offices of ETS in virtual server technologies. I work with a great team of technicians who have proven service techniques and routines to make sure people are getting the most of their ICT assets.

Joined the radio station whilst I was in high school and have been involved in all levels of the stations management, product, fundraising, promotions and technical involvement from Break/FIX to planning and upgrading from studio to transmitter.

After listening to ABC Radio in 1997 I decided to ring in and add my comments to an IT discussion, the on air presenter felt that I described the situation in easy to understand terms and I was invited to be a regular contributor to ABC Local Radio and eventually spread to other stations over the last 13 years.
